The Steak Genius is an NSF listed, IPX7 waterproof rated, folding
thermocouple instrument that measures steak temperature and doneness
using a special algorithm built into the instrument’s firmware. The large,
easy to read LCD screen provides a backlit display in low light settings and
includes a steak doneness reading from very rare (R-) to extremely well
done (WD+), depending on the temperature of the meat (see temperature
table below).
